While every project and every client is different, we developed a process to get the most bang for our clients’ buck with minimal bumps and bruises. It usually boils down to information—the more the merrier. By completing our Project Info Form, we better understand the scope of a project, what our clients want/don’t want and what's the budget.
Usually within 24 hours we'll respond with price ranges and to set up an initial meeting.
If filling out a form isn't your thing, feel free to call, write, send smoke signals or shoot us an IM.
Under most circumstances we will need to schedule an initial meeting to fully research a project. Depending on your preference, this can be done in person, over the phone or via email/IM/WebEx/etc. Once all information has been shared, an estimate outlining the anticipated cost(s) of the project along with a tentative schedule and a contract is submitted.
Mockups of the design direction are usually submitted for client feedback when time permits. After the direction is agreed upon, a rough draft is submitted for approval. Once approved, a final will be submitted in the agreed format. Easy breezy!
The venue and the content usually dictate what presentation format works best. If a client is unsure where to start, we can help review the pros and cons of various options. Presentations are generally designed using PowerPoint, Flash, Keynote, Final Cut, iMovie and QuickTime software.
In all cases, however, mockups of the design direction are usually submitted for client feedback when time permits. After the direction is agreed upon, a rough draft is submitted for approval. Once approved, a final will be submitted in the agreed format.
After Studio10F receives a client's digital pictures, negatives, developed photography, etc., an estimate outlining the anticipated cost(s) of the project along with a tentative schedule and a contract is submitted. Once approved, a final will be submitted in the agreed format.
Original photography or prints are never accepted.
